Shipping policy

At Iconic Creations Pvt. Ltd. (ICPL), we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience, ensuring that your orders are processed promptly and delivered safely and conveniently.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Prompt Dispatch: Confirmed orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through your registered email address and/or mobile number.

  • Orders may occasionally take longer to dispatch during major sale events, festive periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders of ₹699 and above.

  • For orders below ₹699, a shipping charge of ₹49 will be applicable and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery

  • Orders are generally delivered within 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location.

  • Deliveries are generally made Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, adverse weather, operational disruptions, peak shopping periods or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Address

  • Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only.

  • If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.

Partial Shipments

We endeavor to ship all products in an order together. However, depending on product availability, warehouse operations or logistics requirements, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not been fulfilled or shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through the cancellation facility.

  • If you no longer wish to accept a shipped order, you may refuse delivery. Any applicable refund or return will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns & Reverse Pickup

  • Eligible products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions specified in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Once a return request is approved, reverse pickup will generally be arranged within 5 working days, depending on the delivery location and logistics availability.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the applicable refund will generally be processed within 7 working days.

  • For customer-initiated returns, applicable shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

  • This does not affect the applicable resolution for products that are defective, damaged, incorrect, deficient or materially different from what was ordered or advertised.
